Meditation

Bryson has taken to "meditating." As he says, "It can complete your senses." You never know when he is going to drop into a cross-legged sit, close his eyes, touch his fingers together and try to find his way to another reality. The funniest place he's been caught meditating is on the elevator on the way up to my work. It wasn't even worth trying to explain to the people who got on the elevator with us. Alana is never shy to be right there with him.
